1. Overview
These Terms govern access to and use of services provided by Radiant Peak Oratory (“RPO”), including courses, coaching sessions, and materials (“Services”). By accessing the Services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account. You are responsible for activities under your credentials. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
3. Enrollment and Access
Enrollment grants a limited, non-transferable license to access course content for the duration specified. Sharing access or redistributing materials is prohibited.
4. Payments and Refunds
Prices are listed in USD. Taxes may apply. Refund eligibility and timing are described at checkout and in our policies. If you cancel before the first live session, you may be entitled to a full or partial refund as outlined in applicable policy.
5. Coaching Conduct
Maintain professional conduct. Harassment, discrimination, or disruption of sessions is not tolerated. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, methods, and materials are owned by RPO or its licensors. You may use materials for personal learning only. Recording is permitted for personal review where explicitly allowed.
7. Disclaimers
We provide coaching and educational materials. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Services are provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
RPO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant course or program.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within a reasonable period. Upon termination, your right to access the Services ceases.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA, without regard to conflict of laws. Disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiations and, if necessary, binding arbitration in San Francisco, CA.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
